Charity unhappy with UK decision

The withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the reciprocal agreement for health treatment is causing a "great deal of dismay" for the elderly, according to the charity Age Concern.

It's been reported at least one couple are selling their house and moving to the UK because of the complications and expense that would be involved in travelling there to visit their family.
