Shopkeepers are being advised not to sell eggs and flour to youths in a bid to cut out anti-social behaviour over Halloween.
The Isle of Man Constabulary is promising a visible level of policing to stop children from causing their neighbours distress.
Crimes related to Halloween fell last year, and police are hoping that trend will continue.
