Forty year-old Jody Forsythe died in Noble's Hospital on August 22, two days after the incident in Queen's Street.

The hearing will be at Douglas Courthouse at 2.30pm.

Also this afternoon, the coroner will open an inquest into the death of a woman who passed away at her home in Patrick last Thursday.

The emergency services said 49 year-old Martina Reed was treated for smoke inhalation at the scene, but was pronounced dead at the house shortly afterwards.

The inquest will open at 3.30pm.
