Pier supporter upbeat ahead of AGM

by isleofman.com 29th October 2008
There is renewed hope the Queen’s Pier in Ramsey will be restored.

Earlier this year, a referendum showed the vast majority of Islanders questioned wanted the Victorian structure to be refurbished.

Ahead of tonight’s annual general meeting, vice-chairman of the Friends of the Pier Michele Tramontana is hopeful a decision will be confirmed soon:

The meeting takes place at Ramsey Town Hall at 7.30 this evening (Wed).
