Neteller trading update

Manx-based E-wallet company Neteller has released a trading update for its performance during the third quarter, to September 30.

The firm says its E-wallet continues to show growth, with revenue up 27% from last year, at $13 million.

European revenues were up 20% while Asia Pacific grew 61% over the same period in 2007.

Neteller says it has a solid balance sheet with $89 million in cash, and cash equivalents.

Neteller’s President and Chief Executive Officer Ron Martin says he is pleased with growth in a challenging economic environment.

The company is holding an extraordinary general meeting in the Isle of Man on Tuesday, November 11 to approve a name change to Neovia Financial Plc.
