The inquests of the seven crewmen who died on the fishing vessel the Solway Harvester will be concluded today.
Coroner Michael Moyle will preside over the proceedings, due to get under way at Douglas courthouse at 10am.
The inquests opened shortly after the sinking in January 2000, but were delayed due to failed criminal action against vessel owner Richard Gidney.
Mr Gidney then initially refused to give evidence at the inquest, on the grounds it could prejudice any civil claim against him.
