No injuries in Flybe incident

by isleofman.com 10th November 2008
It's been confirmed there were no injuries to any of the 19 passengers and crew on board a Flybe plane which landed at Ronaldsway, with emergency crews standing by, at around midday.

There was a full turnout of fire, police and ambulance personnel after a warning light lit up, indicating a problem with the nose-cone.

Roads in the area were closed for about 15 minutes while the aircraft safely touched down, reopening shortly after 12 noon.

It's no known whether the aircraft was heading for the Island, or was diverted here when the problem arose.
