Empathy programme a hit!

Youngsters at Anagh Coar Primary School are endorsing a new programme which aims to reduce aggressive behaviour through interaction.

Roots of Empathy, which is being trialled with year two pupils at ten local schools, encourages youngsters to consider and understand the feelings of others.

The six and seven years olds are being visited by babies every three weeks and will monitor their growth and development over the next year.
