Rebecca House an important facility

The president of Hospice Isle of Man has been explaining why it's important for the Island to have its own hospice for children.

The Venerable Brian Partington (pictured) was speaking after Bee Gee Robin Gibb and his wife Dwina offficially opened Rebecca House by unveiling a commemorative plaque (play attached audio file):
