A 66 year-old man who was caught drink-driving six years after he was banned will be sentenced on December 9.
John Frederick Eastham of Main Road, Colby admitted drink driving, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.
Inspector Andrew Turner, prosecuting, said Eastham was arrested on October 7 in Colby after police saw a car being driven erratically.
Tests showed Eastham’s blood alcohol level was well above the legal limit, and officers discovered he hadn’t retaken his test since being banned in 2002.
High Bailiff Michael Moyle adjourned the case for reports.
