Man on GBH charge stays in prison

A 37 year-old man charged with causing grievous bodily harm has been remanded in custody as he awaits trial.

Peter Alan Dale was committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery by High Bailiff Michael Moyle.

Mr Dale, of the prison, is charged with assaulting David Charles Middlemas on February 14 this year.

Reporting restrictions were not lifted.
