Simple measures to help wildlife

The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry is asking people to help wildlife in the Isle of Man.

As housing developments expand into the Island’s countryside, many species which could be driven out can be attracted back, if a little effort is made.

DAFF has produced a new leaflet outlining the simple steps which can be taken to encourage birds and animals to stick around after the builders have finished.

Agriculture Minister Phil Gawne says some of the measures are very simple:
