Today’s (Sunday) the final chance to play your part in next Thursday’s lantern parades through the Island's capital.
The parade’s been organised to coincide with the switching-on of the Douglas Christmas lights.
And to prepare, the final of four lantern-making workshops takes place today (Sunday) at Fairfield Primary School between ten and four o’clock.
The lanterns are made using branches of willow for the frame, which is then covered in tissue and glue, with space for a candle to sit inside.
Development manager, Emma Callin (pictured), says everyone's welcome to come along and there’ll be plenty of help available.
