The president of the Isle of Man’s Chamber of Commerce says new regular flights to London City Airport are something the business community has been clamouring for.
John Hollis says currently the main route into the City of London is via Gatwick, which can be extremely inconvenient.
But with yesterday’s news that Aer Arann is to set up flights to the airport three times a day, he is congratulating everybody involved in the negotiations.
