Today's sitting of the House of Keys will be dominated by health and finance issues.
There are more than 20 questions for oral answer, a number of bills to consider and Michael MHK David Cannan will seek leave to introduce legislation for a publicly elected Legislative Council.
There are a number of questions for the health minister with topics including the renewal of contracts with United Kingdom taxi firms, to take patients between airports and hospitals, the cost of providing locum ophthalmic consultants at Noble's and issues relating to cataract surgery.
Mr Cannan will ask about progress being made in recovering money for depositors with Kaupthing Singer and Friedlander (Isle of Man), and Peter Karran and John Houghton both have questions about the impact on the Manx economy of the cut in VAT.
The Company Officers Bill, in the hands of East Douglas MHK Phil Braidwood, has reached the clauses stage, and there are four bills for third reading.
Question time will be broadcast live on Manx Radio's AM 1368 service from 10am today.
