Barclays Wealth volunteers

by isleofman.com 21st January 2009
Staff at Barclays Wealth have been volunteering their time helping to give the Phillip Christian Centre in Peel a facelift.

The facility, run by the Isle of Man Children's Centre, provides a range of health and social activities, and services which are available to people in the community.

Eleven Barclays Wealth workers (pictured) spent a day stripping and glossing doors and helping to hang a piece of ‘graffiti art’.

Head of Operational Change at the company Ian Pilley says it's another example of ongoing community involvement which sees groups of volunteers help charities and organisations all over the Island.
