Minister gives post-budget briefing

Over 200 people packed the Hilton Hotel on Wednesday morning to hear Treasury Minister Allan Bell's considered thoughts on his 2009 Budget, and the threats facing the Isle of Man.

The size of the gathering underlined how much interest there has been in what Mr Bell had to say in Tynwald on Tuesday.
