KSF depositor talks about latest adjournment

Depositors with Kaupthing Singer and Friedlander were left waiting again this week to see whether there will be a liquidation, or the government’s Scheme of Arrangement will come into operation.

Deputy Deemster Corlett adjourned the liquidation hearing until April as the government works out final details of the scheme.

Afterwards, depositors said they were shocked by the decision.

Jason Roberts spoke to one, Richard Carter, and asked whether he saw the adjournment as a defeat:
