Taste of Tapas for Sefton and Friends

by isleofman.com 26th February 2009

Members of the Sefton Group recently joined a small gathering to sample the new menu at Clinch's Mediterranean Tapas Restaurant and Bar. Twenty-five guests, including representatives from Regency Travel and CMI, tasted the best of Spanish cuisine and Manx hospitality at the popular eaterie.
Manager Jimmy MacGuire and Head Chef Stephen Kelly have introduced a new menu based on feedback from their customers. Built around a wide choice of tapas and paella, the menu has authentic Spanish accents and a strong emphasis on fresh, local produce.
With its open layout, artisanal decor and views over the harbour, Clinch's - which is part of the Sefton Group - has gone from strength to strength for both informal dining and special occasions.
Guest Sharon Kissack, Director of Ambitions Recruitment, commented 'It was really nice to be invited to sample the new menu at Clinch's, which was wonderful, especially the Paella. The food, the atmosphere and the company was a nice treat after a busy day. Having tasted the dishes on the new menu, we will definitely be returning in the very new future'.
