Assessor applauds agreements with Germany

The assessor of income tax says the raft of agreements reached with Germany this week will boost the Isle of Man, economically and politically.

Treasury Minister Allan Bell signed tax information and double tax agreements but was also able to discuss support for the Island with the country's Deputy Finance Minister, Nicolette Kressl.

Tax assessor Dr Malcolom Couch says the talks and a shipping agreement were significant:
