For all technology enthusiasts, a forthcoming talk hosted by the Isle of Man branch of the British Computer Society is an absolute must. 'Podcast Theory and Practice', which takes place at the Claremont Hotel on 19th March, sees avid podcaster Derek Richardson (pictured) demonstrating the technology and toolsets behind podcasting. Richardson, who produces two podshows, Sound Republic Podcast and the SACM Podcast, will record, edit and publish a podcast for the audience, as well as giving a talk about the applications of this innovative technology. It's an ideal opportunity to discover more about creating and distributing your own media.
