Change at the top for Construction Forum

The Isle of Man Construction Forum has elected a new chairman.

Tim Cowen succeeds David Kay, of Kay Associates.

Mr Cowen is a chartered mechanical engineer and professional project manager with Ramsey based Dalrymple Associates.

On Mandate today he told John Moss one issue of great importance was the area plans for different parts of the Island:
