The Treasury has issued a direction under anti-terror laws ordering an Iraqi man's accounts to be frozen.
The man alleged to have links to terror organisations is Zana Rahim, who was born in Kirkuk in November 1982 or January 1983.
He is a UK resident, living in either Huddersfield or South East London, and is accused of being associated with Ansar Al-Islam, a Kurdish Sunni Islamist group.
Any organisation with accounts, funds or other economic resources for him should freeze them and report them to the government’s Sanctions Officer.
