FPI donates to playground appeal

by isleofman.com 21st May 2009

An ailing playground at a Ballabeg school has spurred a local employer to donate ?500.

The adventure playground area at Arbory Primary School had problems with protective matting and so couldn’t be used by pupils.

But Castletown-based Friends Provident International has stepped in with the cash in a bid to have a new playground surface laid.

FPI’s General Manager Jonathan Hall says he hopes it won't be long before pupils can use their playground again.
