Poor TT for traders in Douglas

Traders in Douglas are rounding on the Department of Tourism and Leisure after seeing a big drop in business during this year's TT festival.

They say the cancellation of entertainment on the promenade means fewer people are spending money in the Island's capital, and are accusing the Department of Tourism and Leisure of trying to put them out of business.

One local trader, Johnny Smith, runs a fast food van on the prom.

He says he feels betrayed by the government after watching his profits dwindle:
