Angry exchanges over KSF inquiry - Mandate coverage

There were some heated exchanges in Tynwald today, over the planned investigation into the collapse of Kaupthing Singer and Friedlander Isle of Man.

Replying to the question from Onchan MHK Peter Karran, Treasury Minister Allan Bell said his department was currently working on plans for an inquiry, which he intended to present to next month's sitting of the court.

Things then took a more interesting turn, thanks to this supplementary question from Mr Karran:
