'Being based in an international jurisdiction like the Isle of Man presents some unique HR opportunities but also creates challenges.

'Our expertise can also assist with work permit application, Investors in People, yacht and air crew and taxation.'

Moore Stephens HR Services provides recruitment assistance, contracts of employment and staff handbook, job descriptions, benefits advice and coordination, payroll management and services, coaching and training, appraisals, absence management, outplacement and HR audit.

David Shadwell, who head ups Moore Stephens HR Services, explains, 'We identified a need in the marketplace and with Investors in People accreditation we have always believed that an organisation is only as good as its people and motivating them in the right way is crucial for success.
