Moore Stephens Isle of Man has announced the promotion of Jenny Gilmour from audit senior to supervisor of audit and assurance.
Speaking about her new role, Jenny said 'I’m excited to have the opportunity to ensure that Moore Stephens Isle of Man’s client service continues to be excellent and to build on my managerial and project management experience.
'I’m also looking forward to building existing client relationships and assisting with the firm’s business development plans.'
In her new role, Jenny will be responsible for a team of eight in the audit and assurance team.
Her responsibilities will cover all areas of audit and assurance for clients including: taxation, investigations and forensics, corporate recovery and risk management.
Jenny was educated at St Ninians High School and began her career at a local chartered accountancy firm where she gained experience in audit and accounts, specifically, payroll, taxation and VAT.
Jenny joined Moore Stephens in 2007 as audit senior and completed her training and qualifications with the company.
Jenny is a qualified Associate Chartered Accountant with The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.

Outside work, Jenny enjoys swimming, badminton and ballroom dancing. She also teaches music and is the principal cornet for the Onchan Silver Band and also teaches music.
