MHK's tribute to developer

Chief Minister Tony Brown is paying tribute to those behind a huge revamp of central Castletown.

Callow's Yard was officially opened on Saturday, and the full ?20 million complex is now being used by the public.

Mr Brown, the MHK for Castletown, declared the hotel, restaurant, shops and other facilities open and said he welcomed the boost for his constituency.

He recalled when Roy Tilleard, the man behind the development, first put forward the idea, more than five years ago:
