Following an extensive re-branding, Conister Trust Limited (Conister Trust) has become 'Conister Bank Limited’ (Conister Bank).
To complement its new name, the bank has a striking new logo depicting another pillar of strength in the Isle of Man - and the landmark from which the Bank takes its name - Conister Rock.
The Bank also has a new website www.conisterbank.co.im and is proud to announce the launch of its new service, Conister Wealth, which will provide Independent Financial Advice to both new and existing customers.
Conister Bank began life in the Isle of Man in 1935, as Conister Trust, primarily as a hire-purchase company to provide finance for cars and white goods.
Today, the Bank has considerably expanded its product offering, and whilst not turning its back on its roots, now covers the following product areas: Conister Finance (lending to both personal and business customers); Conister Savings (fixed term, fixed rate savings accounts); and Conister Wealth (Independent Financial Advice across a range of products);
Throughout its development, Conister Bank has continued to invest in its business. Having earlier relocated to a new home at the Isle of Man Business Park, Braddan, it installed a new banking system in 2009 to facilitate further growth.
An extensive advertising and publicity campaign, promoting Conister Bank’s new name and visual identity, aims to highlight the Bank’s product offering to both current and new customers.
The new suite of advertisements reminds customers that, whilst the new look positions the Bank well for the future, Conister Bank has been providing exceptional service and value to the Isle of Man for almost 75 years.
Simon Hull (pictured), Managing Director of Conister Bank, comments, "This is an incredibly exciting time in the development and expansion of Conister Bank and I am confident that our new name and visual identity will be well-received by the public.
"Thousands of Isle of Man resident families and hundreds of businesses have remained customers of Conister Bank for generations because of our stability, high levels of service, flexible approach and personal touch, and none of that is going to change.
"Conister Bank has created tremendous goodwill and trust over the decades which we are determined to retain."
