New Board Member at IOMA

The Board of IOMA Fund Management and IOMA Investment Management have appointed Graham Smith (pictured) as Executive Director.

 

Formerly Chief Accountant of IOMA Fund Management, Mr Smith, who has over 25 years' financial management experience in the life assurance and investment fund administration sectors, will assume the role with immediate effect.

 

Graham is a graduate of Cambridge University and a chartered accountant.  He is currently Chief Accountant of IOMA Fund Management.

 

He has over twenty five years' financial management experience primarily in the life assurance and investment funds sectors, spanning privately held companies and major blue chip companies. Much of his experience has been gained in cross-border business in continental Europe.


Managing Director of IOMA Fund Management and IOMA Investment Management Philip Scales said, "I am very pleased to welcome Graham to the board.


"His appointment brings additional financial expertise to the board and a broad experience of fund administration, particularly in relation to publicly quoted companies.

 

"His appointment will further strengthen our existing team, adding invaluable experience as we continue to build our fund administration and investment management business."
