Leading Island training and development provider TLC Business Solutions Ltd (TLC) are delighted to announce that Kelley Corlett has joined them as a Training Consultant.
Kelley (pictured) most recently worked for Zurich International, the culmination of a fifteen year career in logistics, purchasing and the finance industry which has seen increasing levels of managerial responsibility and leadership experience. As a performance coach in the finance sector, she has a proven record in transferring her knowledge to others, a vital skill in her new role at TLC.
An honours graduate from Worcester University with a Diploma in Higher Education, Kelley has added professional management and IT qualifications to her portfolio, and continues to study part-time for a Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector.
TLC Managing Director, Sue Gee said, "Kelley has the unusual combination of varied work experience underpinned by significant academic knowledge. Put that together with a really professional and interesting delivery style, and you have a trainer and coach who can help our delegates to get the most from our programmes. We are really thrilled about this new addition to our team."
Kelley too seems pleased with the move, "Moving from a corporate environment into a small, close-knit team like TLC will let me make a direct contribution to the company’s success.
"That’s really important when you consider the role that development and training play in helping people to move forward. It’s an exciting opportunity for me to share my experience with others, and to make full use of my own training."
Initially, Kelley will deliver the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading and the Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching, as well as the stress-busting Mental Toughness programme. She is taking over these and other programmes from Gareth Hooson-Owen, who is leaving TLC after four and a half years to take up a senior management post at Viking.
