by isleofman.com 5th February 2010

The latest group of delegates to complete courses with training and development company TLC Business Solutions (TLC) have been awarded their certificates from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

David Cretney MHK, Minister of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and DTI Training and Services Manager Andrew Stewart handed over the certificates at the presentation, which took place on 3rd February.

Nationally recognised qualifications were awarded to 17 of the delegates, the latest of many who have successfully completed ILM programmes with TLC.

This group had variously achieved: Level  2 Certificate in Team Leading; Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching for Team Leaders and First Line Managers; Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management; Level 5 Award in Management.

A further four delegates received ILM Development Awards for successful completion of the Preparing for the Workplace module which took place in December.

Sue Gee (pictured), Managing Director at TLC Business Solutions, comments, "I would like to extend my congratulations to all who successfully completed the ILM programmes.

"The Level 5 Award in Management was run as a pilot programme last year and so these two delegates are hopefully the first of many."

Sue continues, "Congratulations also to the young people who completed the Preparing for the Workplace module.  It is always rewarding to see people succeed through completion of the modules and programmes we offer.

"I would also like to thank the DTI, who have been extremely supportive in making our ILM programmes more accessible."

TLC Business Solutions are able to offer programmes for all levels of experience from school leavers through to senior management.
