Undue influence seminar

A seminar on mental capacity and undue influence when establishing trusts will be held tomorrow (Thursday).

Organised by the Association of Corporate Service Providers and sponsored by Barclays Wealth, it will be presented by three lawyers from London legal practice Herbert Smith LLP.

Rupert Ticehurst is partner and head of private wealth and charities and will be joined by litigation and arbitration partner Murray Rosen, QC, head of the firm’s advocacy unit, and Robert Hunter, disputes partner and co-head of civil fraud and asset tracing.

The seminar will be at the Upper Church Hall, Loch Promenade Church, Douglas, with registration at 12noon for a 12.30pm prompt start.
