'Red' Executives Appeal for Challenge Input

by isleofman.com 11th February 2010

The Red Team in the 2010 Manx Executive Challenge is appealing for members of the private sector to lend their knowledge to a questionnaire.

John Rispin, spokesperson for the team, says, "To date, we have had consultation with the Third 'Charity' and Public Sector and are looking to now engage consultation from the Private Sector to aide completion of our research. Your input is invaluable in aiding this process, so your involvement is really important.

"The Red Team's objectives are to be effective and to develop a project that will deliver real benefits to the third sector; to that end, team members have been working with charities to identify their diverse needs.

"We are now seeking assistance from decision-makers in the business sector to determine how the needs of the Island’s charities can be met while ensuring that the business sector also achieves the greatest possible benefit.

"Our research so far has revealed that both charities and businesses could benefit from a managed resource sharing scheme.

"Please would you spend a few minutes completing the attached questionnaire (link below) to help us to ensure that we maximise the benefit to both businesses and charities.

"Questionnaires can be returned by fax to 696996 or by post, marked 'Private and Confidential', to: Lisa Grant, DHSS Estate Services Directorate, Ballamona Farmhouse, Strang, IM4 4TE."
