Manx Business Solutions (MBS) have returned from the Laserfiche annual conference in Los Angeles with a Winners Circle Status award for outstanding levels of business for 2009.
The Onchan-based company, which provides document management, print and video conferencing solutions, has over 1000 VARs (Value Added Resellers) globally. The leading European reseller, they are also in the top 42 resellers in the world.
In June 2009, MBS were awarded 'VAR of the Month' status. MBS Director Julie Hammonds commented, "The Winners Circle achievement caps off a great year for us.
"This is an amazing achievement - bearing in mind that we have done this in only our second year of trading - and a recognition of all the hard work our team has put in".
MBS Managing Director Rupert Leaton said that there was a common denominator at the conference, with all the leading VARs noticing a big increase sales of business process automation solutions.
"This is no surprise given the state of the global economy and the benefits to business these solutions have to offer", he explained.
"In the past, businesses invested in these solutions to save space, address compliance issues, assist with disaster recovery however the big driver now is increased efficiencies".
