New Appointments at Conister Bank

Conister Bank has announced a number of key new appointments to their team at the Isle of Man Business Park.

 

Firstly, Douglas Grant has been appointed as Group Finance Director.  Douglas, who joined Conister Bank in November 2008 as a Financial Consultant, was previously Finance Director of The Steam Packet Group Limited. 

 

Douglas has gained substantial experience with various UK and Isle of Man private sector companies and has extensive capital raising experience.

 

Kevin Wood (pictured) joins the team from Moore Stephens, where he was Senior Wealth Manager and was then invited to join the Board of Directors as Financial Services Director.  Previously, Kevin has held positions with Lloyds Bank and a private wealth advisory practice.  Kevin will be developing the Wealth Management arm of Conister Bank with Will Ward.

 

Amanda Williams has been appointed as Accounts Manager (Deposits) and has over ten years’ customer service experience within the financial services industry holding a number of key roles and gaining a broad level of experience. 

 

Amanda comes to Conister Bank from Alliance & Leicester, where she held positions as Customer Services Advisor and latterly New Business Supervisor.  She has also worked at Abbey International and Lloyds TSB Offshore. 

 

The most recent appointment at the Bank is Lee Swain, who joins from Royal London 360 and previously Scottish Provident International where he developed his career within the financial services industry.  Lee was latterly Group Compliance & Legal Specialist with Royal London 360 and joins Conister Bank as Compliance Manager.
