Fake bank warning from FSC

by isleofman.com 5th March 2010

The Financial Supervision Commission is warning about a bank which claims to be based in Douglas.

Reserve Bank Plc has a website which says it has international offices in Clinch’s House.

But the Commission says there’s no such business at that address and there’s no such bank registered or licensed on the Island.

The advice is to avoid any dealings with it – or contact the FSC’s Enforcement Division on 689314 or the Police Fraud Unit if you’ve already handed over any money.
