Vanguard W.L.L. has signed a strategic partnership agreement with IOMA Solutions, Isle of Man, who specialise in the provision of tailor-made international structures and planning.

The agreement was signed by the companies’ senior management Mr. Hazem Janahi, Vanguard’s Managing Director and Mr. Michael Hodgson, IOMA Solutions’ Managing Director.

As part of the agreement, Vanguard will represent IOMA Solutions in the Gulf Cooperation Council region and a joint task force will be formed between the parties to promote the full array of specialised financial advisory services with particular focus on family business governance services.

Commenting on this occasion, Mr. Hazem Janahi, Vanguard’s Managing Director stated, "We are proud of the strategic partnership we struck with such an international organisation such as IOMA Solutions, which has over thirty years of experience.

"The services provided by IOMA Solutions come as complimentary to the array of services currently provided by in the GCC region by Vanguard in the areas of family corporations structuring and governance."
