THE Institute of Directors is staging two topical workshops in June, to be hosted by renowned finance consultant M. Jean Pousson.
The themes of the two workshops, to be held on June 1st, will concentrate on current economic conditions and how directors can examine their own performances during these difficult times.
For the last 20 years, Jean Pousson has lectured and consulted on issues of strategic planning and implementation, risk and finance to an international client base consisting of SMEs, multinationals, charities, housing associations, professional firms and public sector bodies.
M. Pousson is also a regular contributor to the Institute of Directors Director Diploma based programmes on Strategy and Finance and is currently the lead finance consultant.
Strategy Masterclass. 9am to 12.30pm. (To reflect on strategic thinking during distressed economic conditions, and strategies for emerging out of recession).
