by isleofman.com 13th May 2010

CONTINUED development of its Asia operation has led ILS Fiduciaries to make a new senior appointment.

Noe Benziane has been appointed General Manager for ILS Fiduciaries (Asia) Limited and it is intended he, with his significant knowledge and experience in doing business in Asia, will make a key contribution to developing and driving the business forward,

As an important area of operations for The ILS Group, this appointment has been made with view to maximising business potential by exploiting the ever increasing number of business opportunities that present themselves regularly in this commercially dynamic economic area.

Chief Executive Officer, Chris Eaton said, “I am delighted to be able to make this senior appointment to our Asian operations from within our existing Head Office employees.  Having worked closely with Noe over the last 18 months I know that he will be able to exploit the exciting business opportunities that exist in China and Hong Kong to the full benefit of the ILS Group.”

Noe joined ILS in October 2007 as a Senior Client Accountant before moving to the position of Group Development Manager in 2008, where he assisted CEO, Chris Eaton to control and manage ILS’ remote offices and new business ventures. This together with his prior experience in multi-national commercial operations and his innovative strategies for business development has made him the ideal candidate to deliver the requirements of this new and challenging role.

He said, “This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for me and I am looking forward to working with our Asia offices, assisting them with the development of their products and services. My aim is to increase our brand awareness in the Far East and to attract new clients to ILS Asia."

Currently based at The ILS Group’s Head Office in the Isle of Man, Noe will now allocate his time and energies between ongoing Head Office duties and the ILS Fiduciaries (Asia) offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
