Inflation stays at 16-month high

by isleofman.com 19th May 2010

There has been no change in the Isle of Man's annual rate of inflation in the past month.

The 'cost of living' stayed the same in April as it was in March, with prices continuing to rise by five per cent over the previous twelve months.

It means inflation is still at its highest level since December 2008.

The figure dropped below zero last summer, but since then it has steadily increased.
