ACCOUNTANCY firm PurpleAccounts has opened a new branch office in Castletown.
It’s the second office on the Island for husband and wife team David & Helen Parker who have opened their new premises at Callow's Yard, in the heart of Castletown, having identified a growing need for small business owners in the south of the Island, to also have easy access to a professional accountant.
"We have received lots of positive feedback about our new office in Castletown,” said David Parker. “The opportunity to offer our services in the south will enable customers to see us without the need to come to Douglas.
“Our role as key business partner is facilitated through our new southern branch and firmly cements our position as leader in the provision of accountancy services to small businesses.”
He said that in 2007 PurpleAccounts first identified that small businesses were perhaps not receiving best value for money from their accountant.
“By relying on historical information to manage their business, often bad news comes too late to act, or missed opportunities even go by the wayside. PurpleAccounts provides the added value where it matters, working with owner managed businesses, to look at their organisation as it stands today and where it is heading in the immediate future, managing cashflows - which are the lifeblood of every business."
PurpleAccounts will be holding an official launch get together to mark this latest development in its short and rapidly developed history.
Small business owners are invited to come along and enjoy the warm friendly atmosphere at Callow's Yard, where they will have the opportunity to meet other like-minded individuals, chat about their own small business and swap business cards.
The event will be on Friday 2nd July between 1pm and 2pm at the Callows Yard office, Arbory Street, Castletown.
