New appointment for Lloyds TSB

Lloyds TSB has announced the appointment of Tim Hargreaves to lead the local corporate banking team in the Isle of Man.

 

Originally from the Ribble Valley area in Lancashire, Tim began his career in Burnley and has 30 years of banking experience, the majority spent supporting and working with the corporate and commercial community.

 

Trevor Kirk, senior manager, corporate banking, islands banking, said: "I am very pleased to appoint Tim to lead our offering to local businesses, the addition to our team further demonstrates the commitment of Lloyds TSB to the Isle of Man and its business community.

 

"As the bank’s reputation has grown considerably over recent years, Lloyds TSB continues to seek opportunities to establish new relationships with businesses across the Island, whilst developing further support for existing clients.

 

"Tim will be a fantastic addition to the team."

 

Tim, who will be based at the Victory House branch of Lloyds TSB, said he is looking forward to working closely with the local community.

 

He said: "I see this as a fantastic opportunity to lead the corporate team an to further develop its activity with local businesses; I am keen to ensure that we continue to provide support across as many areas as possible.

 

"The team already has an excellent reputation and I’ll be making sure that my managers spend as much time as possible understanding the challenges and opportunities both customers and non-customers alike are facing on the Isle of Man to ensure this reputation is not only maintained but is also enhanced."
