THOMAS Miller Investment has announced two members of its existing senior management team are to take on wider responsibilities as the company gears up for projected expansion in the second half of the year.
David Thomas has been appointed to the Board of Thomas Miller Investment (Isle of Man) Limited.
He has wide experience of the investment management sector having held senior positions in a number of leading players, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (FCISI) and a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII).
Sue Preskey, director, has assumed responsibility for overseeing risk and compliance across its Isle of Man, London, and Edinburgh offices.
With a background in international insurance, banking, and investment markets, Sue also has experience of working as a regulator, having spent time with the Financial Supervision Commission. Sue is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Member of the Securities Institute, of which she is a committee member.
Paul Neagle, chief executive of Thomas Miller Investment, said: "These wider responsibilities are both a reflection of David and Sue’s individual achievements and contributions to the company, and are also a signal that we are changing to align ourselves more closely to our clients, and the changing market conditions.
