New faces at Medis

ISLAND-based pharmaceutical company Medis has appointed a new regulatory affairs specialist and taken on a student during her gap year.

 

Polly White, who has a BSc in molecular and cellular biology from The University of Bath, recently moved from Barclays Wealth to become a regulatory affairs specialist at Medis where her work involves co-ordinating the licensing of generic products.

 

At present she is focusing on national applications in the UK.

 

Student Lucy Partington is working in the regulatory affairs department while she is taking a year out from studying. Lucy has recently taken her A level exams.

 

Sacha Holder, regulatory affairs manager at Medis, welcomed Polly and Lucy to the company saying that they were both valuable additions to the Medis team.

 

From its Isle of Man base at in Circular Road, Douglas, Medis serves customers in the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Canada, South Africa and Australia.
