THE Fedelta Group has appointed Mark Rivers as a compliance officer.

Mark has 20 years experience within the offshore financial services industry including retail banking, insurance and the fiduciary services sectors.

Group chairman Michael Shimmin said: "Some of the clients at Fedelta have been with us since Fedelta began and they are regarded as friends and not just clients.

"Compliance is now a large part of any financial services business and keeping abreast of the regulations and updating procedures, whilst implementing these with long standing clients and new clients alike, requires a quality that we feel Mark will bring to this role."

Mark said: "I can see that Fedelta operate the highest ethical and regulatory standards but without restricting the clients or the services offered to them.

Fedelta is based in Athol Street, Douglas. Its services include bespoke trust and corporate services, pension services, fund administration and investment services.
