by isleofman.com 13th August 2010

THE inquest into the death of TT rider Paul Dobbs will take place at Douglas Courthouse at noon on Monday.

Mr Dobbs died on June 10 following a racing incident in the Supersport B race in this year's TT.

Later in June family, friends and motorcycle enthusiasts celebrated his life at his funeral service at the Grandstand.

Following the service there was a lap of the TT course on open roads.

Marshals, fellow racers, riders and TT fans turned up to pay their respects to the man they knew as Dobsy and to accompany him when he lapped the TT course one last time.

Mr Dobbs, 39, of New Zealand, was married and a father-of-two.

Following her husband's death Mr Dobbs' wife Bridget said she had no regrets as "our lives have been immeasurably enriched by the TT and the Isle of Man".
