THE Isle of Man will have a presence at the Monaco Yacht Show later this month.

Equiom, an Island based corporate service provider, will be exhibiting at the show which is the highlight of the yachting industry calendar.

The company manages a portfolio of some of the world’s most prestigious super yachts and will use the event to promote its yacht registration and management services.

It offers registration in a variety of jurisdictions, yacht and crew management and tailored tax planning structures.

Managing director of Equiom Sheila Dean said: "Our exhibit in Monaco is essentially about developing new relationships within the super yacht industry, promoting our own multi-jurisdictional services, and promoting the Isle of Man as a great place to do business.

"The visitors to the Monaco show represent a massive portion of the world’s wealth and there is no reason why they shouldn’t be bringing that to the Isle of Man."

The show runs from September 22 to September 25 and Equiom will be alongside 500 other exhibitors from 36 countries. It is expected to attract 30,000 visitors.
