THE Junior Chamber Commerce held its annual general meeting this morning (Tuesday) at the Claremont Hotel, Douglas.
The AGM saw new appointments on the executive committee.
Steve Burdett retired as president, being replaced by last year's chairman Richard Davies. Alex Duffy has taken over as chairman for the forthcoming year.
The event coincided with an informative talk from local IT consultant Owen Cutajar on the use of social media in promoting business.

JCC's next event takes place on Wednesday, October 13 at 6pm at the Claremont Hotel, Douglas.
Tim Craine, e-business and space commerce director and Alex Downie MLC will present an update on the growing Manx Space Industry.
